What payment methods do you accept for retail & bulk wholesale orders?
Retail orders: PayPal, Credit Card. B2B wholesale bulk orders: T/T Wire Transfer, L/C Letter of Credit, Western Union. We issue formal proforma invoice for all bulk orders.
What is the MOQ for bulk wholesale & OEM customization?
Stock standard models MOQ: 10 sets. Custom OEM engraved/logo/color orders MOQ: 50 sets. Contact sales for special large distributor discount terms.
How long is the production & lead time for orders?
In-stock items ship within 3 working days after payment. Custom OEM orders take 15–25 working days production time based on customization details.
